Are you over 55 and living with a long term health condition? Are you looking for something different to keep your mind active?
Come along and enjoy the company of like-minded people, handle fascinating objects from the past and tell us your memories of them. There’s tea and cake too!
The sessions will take place on the last Wednesday of each month, dates as below. They will run from 2.00 till 3.30pm. See events post for each month for date and theme.

Due to the heat today – Wednesday 24 June, and the red/amber weather warning for extreme heat – we will still run a session but it will be a light touch, chat and keep cool session. The theme advertised will be moved to later in the year to allow for regular attendees not able to attend today to participate and share their stories.
