Maidstone Museum’s opening hours change throughout the year. Below you’ll find our full seasonal schedule, including opening times for the Queen’s Own Royal West Kent Museum.

Main Museum (St Faith’s St) General Opening Hours

Open: 10am – 4pm
Last entry: 3.30pm
Closed: Sundays

Low Season (Term Time)

(Following KCC’s published school term dates)

Open: Wednesday – Saturday, 10am – 4pm (last entry 3.30pm)
Closed: Sunday – Tuesday

High Season (School Holidays)

(Following KCC’s school holiday dates)

Open: Monday – Saturday, 10am – 4pm (last entry 3.30pm)
Closed: Sundays

Maidstone Carriage Museum (Mill St)

The Maidstone Carriage Museum is currently open for the season.

Saturdays and Sundays, 11am – 3pm
