As well as our popular Saturday slots (perfect for families), we’re introducing extra weekday time slots this year — ideal for SEND teens and adults, pre-schoolers, or anyone who’d prefer a quieter, more relaxed visit.
Accessibility
Our cosy library has step-free access and is located on the main floor of the museum, close to the entrance. If you’d like to discuss or let us know about any SEND requirements, please email the elves (Learning Team) at museumeducation@maidstone.gov.uk
Good to know before you book
- Booking more than one child? Please book consecutive time slots (one child per slot) — your family will go in to see Father Christmas together.
- Please double-check your dates and times when booking, as we’re unable to make changes once a booking is confirmed.
- You’re welcome to take your own photos during your visit.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the museum.
- We do not hold a waiting list due to the personalised elements of each booking.
- Saturday 5th December is also our Christmas Market so will be a busier and noisier day in the museum.
