Come and meet local history and archaeology groups from across the borough, and discover more about the history of your local area.

Join local historian Naomi Dickins for a spellbinding talk on the history of witchcraft in Kent, looking at some of the characters involved and the accusations surrounding them. Talk starts at 10.30am. £5 per person

Discover the history of gin production in Maidstone with Helen from Maiden Distillery. There will be tasters to sample and the chance to buy too. Talk starts at 11.30am. £5 per person

Then, at 1.30pm, enjoy a FREE talk on the history of Chillington Manor, the amazing buildings which are now home to the museum, followed by an exploration of a few hidden corners!

Children can follow the History Trail around the museum to claim a badge prize and have fun creating their own Coat of Arms to take home.
